Retail Return Policy

We stand behind all of the products we sell in our salon. If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you may exchange it or return it within 15 days of purchase. For appliance purchases, please include box and attachments.  Refunds will be given in the way that products were paid for.

 

Studio  B Guarantee

At Studio B, we guarantee all of our work, and it is our very important to us that our clients LOVE their hair. However, if you are unhappy with your service, please contact us immediately (within 1 week) so that we can accommodate you and adjust your hair free of charge.

 

Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments & untimely cancellations leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled from our cancellation list, which in turn results in a loss of revenue.​  While we know emergencies arise, we ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Children

As a courtesy to other salon guests, safety issues for children, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we insist that children are only brought to the salon only if they have a scheduled appointment.
